The Value Of Sales and Massive Success Within Your Practice

Take a pause and really think about what sales means to your business and why it matters.

Every aspect of the success of your business, of your life, of achieving your goals is based on selling.

Selling is actually nothing more than a transfer of emotion. It is the ability to inspire, to move, and to get people to do something.

And for some reason, sales is such a scary word. So let me ask you, what does the word “sales” mean to you? And why do we shy away from it?

Sales is really about bringing value. Its understanding someones needs, and ultimately, it is proving a solution. A solution to a problem.

It is nothing negative, nothing to shy away from, nothing to not invest in. Because sales is the lifeblood of any organization and of your life.

Let me ask you, what is it that you normally have to do to inspire your kids to do their homework, or to get your partner to go to a restaurant, or on a vacation,

You are inspiring, and motivating, and helping someone to believe in something greater than yourself. So when you think about your business, and the people you want to hire, or the kind of patients you want to see, what kind of culture you're trying to build,

Who is answering the phone

How they are answering the phone

What is the copy on your website

What is the message that you portray in your videos

What kind of content do you put out on your blogs

All of those things are about your ability to influence people to do something. So you are the leader of your practice and of your life. But you have to ultimately sell that vision to me.

Because we are all looking for a team that believes and understands of the greater vision of your company.

If you think about the aesthetic industry, it is a commodity. It is highly competitive.

So if I were to ask you, Why should people come to you? Why should they choose you?

Can you sell me on that?

Because if you are being challenged in trying to hit your metrics or trying to call and reach out to new individuals to come in and be serviced to you, I can assure you that it is directly correlated to your skillsets and your ability to sell.

Or honestly, perhaps, a lack thereof.

Sales is something that can be learned. But YOU have to COMMIT to LEARNING it. In any organization, you have to take time to learn your craft.

  1. You need Persistence

  2. You need Frequency

  3. You need Consistency

Over and over and over again in order to be successful in anything you're selling.

You have to be convicted in your solutions. You have to learn what makes something valuable. You have to be persistent. You have to know what matters to your clients and craft your message to them.

So if you want to use sales for massive success, you want people to follow you, to support you, to listen to you, to buy from you, to trust you, to believe in you. But in order to get that, you have to believe in yourself and you HAVE to invest in your team. You have to INVEST in TRAINING.

These 3 things will set your Medspa apart

  1. Culture

  2. Leadership

  3. Training

Sales is the most invaluable skill you could ever have and it is so often the most overlooked thing. People don't want to take the time to invest in it. You must understand that you are not selling anything. What you are doing is educating with your expertise, your knowledge, and you are SOLVING a problem.

You have what it takes to get them to look better and feel better.
